Care · Lawn and landscape maintenance

Care that continues.

The lawn, the beds, and the work each season brings. We agree on care that fits your property, so the outside stays a useful part of home.

01Care you can see

The details make it feel kept.

A clean edge against the drive. Beds you can see the plants in. Leaves cleared before they become another weekend project. Practical care, with the work and schedule agreed up front.

01Mowing & edging
A cut lawn, defined edges along the drive and walks, and attention to the corners that make a yard look finished.
02Beds & mulch
Keep planting beds in shape, manage unwanted growth, and refresh mulch where it needs it. Bed area and material quantities belong in your quote.
03Seasonal cleanup
Make room for spring growth and clear the leaves and spent material that collect through fall. Timing follows your property's needs.
04Irrigation checks
A look at coverage and visible problems so dry patches and wasted water don't go unnoticed. Repairs are scoped separately.

02The maintenance plans

Choose the care your yard needs.

Start with the essentials or bring more of the property into the plan. Each level builds on the one before it.

Your property sets the scope and price. Your written quote confirms visit frequency, areas covered, material quantities, and the total before work starts.

03Through the seasons

Care through the seasons.

SpringGet it ready

Clear winter debris, bring beds back into shape, and plan the mowing and mulch work as growth returns.

SummerKeep it in shape

Fall and winterPut it in order

Clear leaves, tidy the beds, and agree on the upkeep your property needs as growth slows. Seasonal work is part of the plan discussion.

04A clear start

Your yard.
A written plan.

No guessing what a visit covers. We start with the property, agree on the work, and put the schedule and price in writing.

We review the lawn, beds, access, and starting condition. Your quote sets out the included tasks, visit frequency, materials, and price.

HOA and shared grounds

Common lawns, entries, and shared planting beds need their own scope. Send us the areas to maintain and the schedule you have in mind; we'll prepare a property-specific quote.

06Before we get started

A few practical questions.

How often will you visit?

We agree on visit frequency after reviewing your lawn, growing conditions, and the work you want covered. The schedule goes in your written quote. A monthly plan price does not mean a visit every week.

What changes the price?

Lawn size, bed area, access, starting condition, materials, and visit frequency. We review those details with you and put the included work and total in your written quote.

Can I just book mowing or a cleanup?

Yes. Tell us which jobs you want handled. We can quote recurring mowing or a seasonal cleanup without asking you to choose a full-property plan.

Does this include lawn treatments?

These plans center on hands-on yard upkeep. Fertilizer and weed-control treatments are not included in the listed plan scope. Tell us what your lawn needs so we can discuss it clearly.

What happens when weather changes the schedule?

Weather and ground conditions can change when work should happen. We'll discuss any adjustment to the planned visit rather than mow or work beds when conditions could damage the yard.

What comes with seasonal color?

Plant selection, planting areas, quantities, and timing are agreed in the Premier quote. We also discuss watering and aftercare before planting, so everyone knows what the plants need between visits.
